Initiative (EARYEI)
The purpose of the East Arkansas Regional Youth Employment Initiative (EARYEI) is to create, support, and sustain employment opportunities for youth in the Eastern Arkansas region. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to empowering young individuals through gainful employment, skill development, and mentorship programs. By securing and administering grants, partnering with local businesses, and fostering community engagement, EARYEI seeks to address economic disparities, reduce youth unemployment, and equip young people with the tools necessary to succeed in a dynamic workforce.
