Key highlights showcasing the impact of Delta Plus on our youth participants:

 • Jaiden Wilkins (Lee County Fire Department): Demonstrated leadership and
professionalism in fire service; requested to return due to outstanding performance.
 • Thedrick Brown (Marianna Police Department): Excelled in law enforcement support
tasks; earned recognition and was requested back for continued service.
 • Andrew Curne (Forrest City High School): Gained first job experience in office
administration, developing organizational and communication skills.
 • Kendarious Oliver (Forrest City Medical Center): Grew in confidence and
professionalism, transitioned skills into full-time employment as an overhaul operator.
 • Monroe County Youth (Brinkley, Clarendon, Holly Grove): Built skills in city
government, childcare, and business roles. Standouts include:
 – Rickeylin Allison: Overcame challenges, became an honor student, and enrolled
in college classes.
 – Jacavian Payne: Transitioned from no experience to full-time employment with
C.J. Williams Funeral Home, aspiring to become a mortician.
